85 kms from Udaipur, Rana Kumbha constructed in the 15th century the most imposing
fort known as Kumbhalgarh with 33 kms of walls, over 25 feet thick, the second
longest continuous wall in the world. Situated at 3500 ft. above sea level,
it holds the distinction of being uncounquered and the birth place of Maharana
Pratap.
